Cost effective. I rarely use this in my food service but mostly at home. When making tostados, tacos, burritos, tamales or even hot wings, the meal always gets a good amount of Cholula added in. With the amount we use this was the best option. It’s better than Franks when used on wings. You can use straight or mix with butter. The Sweet Habanero is especially good on wings. It’s extremely versatile hot sauce.
