Choice 12 oz. Plastic Cold Cup - Designed for Use without Lids - 1,000/Case

I bought this cup instead of the regular Choice 24 oz cups I usually get, thinking it would be better and less flimsy. For 'heavy duty' it's not that much different than the other. My biggest complaint is that the Choice flat and bubble lids, which I already have in stock, don't fit snuggly on this cup and I'm continuously getting leaks and am nervous as I pass it out my drive-thru window that it will pop off and spill in my customers' car. Now I'm stuck with a partially used case of 24 oz cups that I don't want to use and have to go back and order what I had before. A waste of money in my opinion.

The reviews are true, these cups with the lids that are recommended by the Webstaurant team are AWFUL. The lids don't fit properly and are too loose and these cups are super flimsy + thin. We spoke with the customer service team to make sure we were buying the right lids + according to them, we were. We've had endless drops, spills + leaks with these cups + lids-no matter what we try. Super frustrating because Webstaurant typically carries pretty good products but the absolutely terrible experiences we've had with these cups/lids on top of them being endlessly sold out of most of their other options is making us look at other suppliers. Saving a couple of bucks with these IS NOT WORTH the pain / upset customers.

Please believe all the reviews about how bad these and the other cups are with the lids. I have a back stock of probably 2-300 of these 20 oz, same with the 16 oz and another 1000 of the12 oz cups that I can't use because something happened between 2021 and 2022 with the manufacturing. The lids are crap and you end up having to use at minimum two lids per cup, so not cost effective and you end up refunding half of your customers. I will take a loss on the cups and maybe donate them somewhere, as I just can't keep serving these cups and lids. HORRIBLE

Good cup but impossible to tell a difference between the 'heavy duty' and the 'regular'. In a blind test (actually 'close your eyes' test) 4 out of 4 people were not able to feel a difference. In addition, the cup makes the beverage appear to be more cloudy due to whatever process is in use to make it heavy duty. Will buy regular going forward.

The cup itself is stronger and sturdier than the regular cups but the lids that we are using that used to fit the previous 24HD cups and the regular cups are not tight anymore and it's causing the liquids, shakes to spill out. The same is occurring with the 20oz cups. I am really not happy about this since it's supposed to be a standard fit.

The last case of these cups sent are different and now the lids do not stay on. I don't know if the design was changed but they are useless now and past the date to return.

These cups are shorter than most 16oz cups - you can only truly fit about 14-15oz instead of 16oz. If you fill to 16oz, the contents will spill out when you hand it to a customer or when you put the lid on.

This cup is inexpensive and the build of it reflects that. Pushing the cup up against the soda fountain lever will cause the cup to crush. Not durable at all. Save your money elsewhere and pay more for Solo cups

The other reviews of these cups are accurate. They are not as heavy as the solo brand but they are decent for the price. The 16oz version of these cups is pretty good but we have had to switch back to solo since the 12 oz version of these is awful. The lids are supposed to fit both the 12oz and 16oz cups, but they fit the 12oz cups so loose they pop off or spill out from under the lid. If they just addressed the rim of the 12 oz cup to make a tighter fit these would be a decent alternative to the overpriced solo cups.

Switched to the Choice HD 24 oz cups because the standard Choice Cup is extremely flimsy and kept collapsing on customers. Now, such a disappointment because the lids that fit the standard Choice cups 16-24 don't fit tightly enough on these Choice HD cups and leak. Not even sure what to do at this point.

This cups are useless, there is no lids that fit this cup. I have bought several lids just to find the ones that would, but nothing, even those recommended on webstaurant website. Its a complete waste of money.

These cups were perfect! Durable, heavy weight, and kept its shape no matter what. The only issue I had were half the cups were literally airtight stuck to another so it took some extra manpower to separate them. Other than that, honestly a really great investment and wish a restock would happen sooner!

One of the best quality cups ever I use them for alot of stuff Really strong cups will recommend Buying some more soon Love it

OMG I should've read reviews before purchasing these cups. I just opened the box and restocked them on our restaurant shelves and finding out that lids DO NOT FIT. I bought these instead of styrofoam cups that I usually buy from our different vendor so I could use Tamper Safe Stickers especially for our delivery orders.. :(

Heavy weight cups feel the same as the regular and the lids still don’t fit correctly.

The cup itself is fine, there just aren't lids that fit! And leaks everywhere

The recommended lids do not fit right, they constantly leak everywhere. Will not repurchase.

These cups are awesome. I use them for milkshakes. They hold up to the milkshake machine spinner blade and do not rip or puncture at all.
