Choice Full Size 6" Deep Aluminum Steam Table Spillage / Water Pan

I use these spillage pans in conjunction with 2-1/2" deep full size perforated pans in a Kratky hydroponic system I set up right outside my kitchen. The pan is used to hold water and nutrient, and the perforated pan just sits nicely on top of it. (Regular full size steam pans are not large enough to hold the perforated pans). See my images for the set-up. With this set up, I have successfully grown garlic chives, spinach, and hard to get herbs such as ocimum basilicum.

Use these pans with 3, 1/3 pans on our food truck stove. Very durable, and steam nicely. Have dropped with no issues or dents. Nice piece of equipment.

These spillage pans were the ones that Webstaurant customer service said would fit the steam table that was purchased from them. They do not fit. Webstaurant does not have spillage pans that will fit their table.

Great water pan for 4" full size hotel pans! We bought 2 of these to use with quarter pans, but they don't fit so that's a bummer. We put them into our homemade wood chafing dishes and they're perfect for hot or cold food!

Great price compared to our local restaurant supply. Our old ones were rusted out and these fit perfectly in the new steam table we also bought from here.

It was a tight fit in my steam table but it works well.

My second one. Great price. I bought a food trailer made in Mexico. Hard to find replacement parts. But this allowed me to fix my steamer.

Exactly what we needed again couldn't find the right ones on another site. This site has been our go to for the food trailer supplies we need.

These pans are decent for the price. We use them in our steam table and they seem to work well, but have shown some corrosion already after only mild use.

Easy to clean, good quality, durability and hold a large amount of food to your liking! I would recommend this pan, for when cooking by the large numbers.

We use these in our four well ServIt steam table. You put water in the pan to be heated by the steam table to keep our food at the correct temp.

I use this spillage pan to hold ice for my cold pans at family gatherings. It does the job and looks great on the serving line.

We got these pan to replace the old one in our hot buffet line. They look nice and are easy to clean, all of our hotel pans fit inside, I am very happy with this purchase.

I just bought a steam table and got these to use water as well as a dry well. These are very adequate for the job and hold up well with regular dish washing.

Great pan, easy to clean and easy to stack. They keep the water hot and transfer the heat quickly. We have had trouble with holes in other brands, these have been breat so far.

These fit perfect into our buffet. Our old ones had developed holes. These are a little thinner that what we had before but all they do is hold a few inches of water so it shouldn't be an issue. I ordered 4 of them and whoever packaged them for shipment had them stacked together and pushed together hard and it took 10 minutes to get them apart without damaging them.

Great pans. They are a lifesaver for my steam table, great idea, great product. Would definitely order again. Sturdy, clean, and a fantastic product for the price!
