It's a direct replacement for the water pan of your full size Choice Economy chafer (sold separately), but thanks to its universal design, this water pan is compatible with most 2 1/2" deep full size food pans!
Made of durable, easy-to-clean, 26 gauge, 18/8 stainless steel, this water pan is designed to stand up to repeated use in a commercial environment. This replacement is a great option if your original water pan is damaged or missing.

These 3 1/2" Deep Water Pans were excellent for use in our chafing pans. Sometimes we will use two pans side by side to separate vegetables.
