The product I received was as advertised, HOWEVER, there was no tube to extend to the bottom of the container - which was supposed to be "trimmed" to 3/4" from bottom. I was forced to go to the hardware store and purchase tubing in order for the unit to work - which it did once I was able to complete the process. Since we're a church, and do not have a "membership", our freight doubled the cost of the unit - and then when it wasn't complete, it will likely be difficult for us to utilize this service again. I read the reviews on these before purchasing. I noticed many were negative, but then I saw feedback indicating there had been improvements in the product, so I took a chance. Wrong. The pumps clog often and if you're doing any kind of heavy use, they come apart in the container and then you get to fish out the tube from whatever gooey substance it's in.
