We use these trays for almost lot of items at my restaurant. Use them for Chargrilled Oysters, Fish Platters etc! I only wish that they were a little thicker, the bottom gets hot sometimes.

Wouldn’t call it a serving tray but I do think that’s a reasonable use for it. It’s a pie pan and a decent one. Prefer this to disposable but I wouldn’t choose it over another one per se.
