Bought these for stovetop cooking. I like that the Choice brand is reasonably priced and has plenty of options such as length, full stainless, or silicone tipped. Open easily - as well as lock easily. We ordered just one to begin with as I was concerned the silicone wouldn't be the softer type. It is the softer type that won't mess up our egg rolls when we grab them. Bought more so we won't run out during a longer service and need to rotate.

Everyone needs some mini tongs and these are great. They have a satisfying spring to them and you can grip things like eggs without being afraid of cracking them open. Also would fit easily into jars to grab stuff.
