Choice Food Prep 8 Section Blade Assembly

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Choice Food Prep 8 Section Blade Assembly. After less than one month of normal use, the blades broke apart, which clearly reflects poor manufacturing and low-quality materials. This product was used properly at all times and installed on a fully compatible machine, following all recommended guidelines. Despite this, the blade assembly failed unexpectedly, making it unsafe and unusable. Given the short period of use and the nature of the damage, this is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be durable and reliable in a food prep environment. I have attached a photo as evidence of the damage. At this point, I am requesting a full refund, as the product does not meet basic quality or durability standards.

sharp and make slicing easy.

This blade assembly does not work for us. I prefer the six blade assembly. The 165 lemons that we slice for our shakeups seem to slice better with the six blade assembly instead of the eight blade assembly. The eight blade did not hold up as long as the six blade one has. We only use the six blade assembly now.
