More Flimsy then I expected. Very fine mesh though. Works great for skimming the top of soup and potatoes to get the froth off of them.

great little strainer with many uses. we have used with pasta and blanching vegetables. even used to skim the froth off soups and broths. very nice quality, easy to clean.

This skimmer is so helpful. Admittedly I use it more like a spider strainer to dive for food particles left behind in my stocks or ferments because it works so well for that! I use the strainer to get the food that will splash back on me when i pour the final strain through the chinois. This is an excellent fine mesh strainer that gets a lot of use in my kitchen. My only gripe is that it is a challenge to store. It doesn't fit well in drawers because of the same curve that makes it so handy for skimming.

I wouldn't make chicken soup without a skimmer like this! Much easier to use than typical strainers that are made to rest on the side of a pot; this goes all the way to the edge. Cleans easily and thoroughly in the dishwasher.

It's a bit flimsy, but it does its job collecting fried food waste. A good collector when working with fried rolls.

I use this all the time for dusting cocoa powder or powdered sugar and straining lemon juice. Works great and hasn't rusted after a few years.

The skimmer part is very fine and made of good quality steel. I use this for all my stocks even though the straighter size is a bit too fine for it.

Works great, needed something small for dusting. This has washed up well and is nice and small to store. seems like a heavier mesh so it doesn't bend to weird shapes.

This "spider web" is an essential for any kitchen. We use it mainly to scoop green beans from stock pots or kettles into hotel pans.

I make a lot of ramen broth, and this strainer is perfect for skimming soups and stocks. It's small enough to easily maneuver around the surface of a big stock pot. For this price, it's definitely worth it.

This is a very good strainer it is sturdy and we use it for many things it is long enough to scoop the deep fryer or to starting pickle jusice for pickle shots

I got these to use for my boba pearls and they are perfect! The large scoop allows you to get a lot out at once. I like to transport some to another container while working so I’m not working all day out of the same product. These are great.

Wish we got one of these sooner. We’ve been making lots of dishes in the instant pot and it’s great to be able to skim oil, seeds, fat off the top of broth. Excellent tool

I use this at home whenever I’m frying. It’s perfect to help me scoop donuts out of the pot. Also works for noodles or anything else that needs to be drained.
