Choice 8 Cup Stainless Steel Rotary Flour / Powdered Sugar Sifter

I bought this to replace a 3 cup sifter that was just to small for the amount of baking I do. Overall I like the sifter with only a few caveats. The handle is a little too wide for smaller hands, and there should be a washer between the cap nut and the sifter body. The rim/ledge on the bottom will catch flour/sugar so will have to be tapped or wiped off, but the rim also allows it to sit on top of a Pyrex dish or smaller bowl without falling off, so that's a plus if you need to use it that way.

First time using this product, it broke. The screen inside falls out

The 8 cup sifter did not work at all. In order to get sugar or flour thru it, I had to force it thru with my hand. The handle rotated without engaging the sifter mechanism. It's impossible to submit a review without giving it one star. It didn't deserve 1 star.

I needed a larger sifter as I do a lot of baking and mixing in my 20 qt mixer so this larger sifter is a game changer!
