Choice 2.2 Liter Glass Lined Stainless Steel Airpot with Lever

This would be great for anyone that is looking to use it occasionally but won't last long with moderate usage.

Both came broken, called and they resent. Again no Fragile on the box so again one was broken and one made it. Asking for another replacement These are all glass inside, need words Fragile on the outside for shippers.

Not happy with this product. The pump will no longer dispense the tea. We can’t use this item. We use it only a few times a week and very disappointed that we wasted money on this.

Absolute garbage!! The tops are cheap and break easily. My staff have had 6 break in a matter of 2 weeks. Save yourself the trouble and buy more expensive ones that last longer!!!

Poor quality.

We use these airpots about twice per week here at our church. They are the worst airpots we have ever had. Very, very cheap parts...four of them have broken, and now another one is leaking. I hope Webstrauntstore decides to discontinue this kind of airpot. The worst part is, they started falling apart about 6 months into use, which is past the return policy. I know you want more for your customers! Thank you.

These airpots look very nice but don't last. I've had more than on "explode" for no apparent reason. On a good note, Webstaurant has one of the BEST customer service departments around. They are easy to contact with not much wait time and ALWAYS polite and quick to rectify a problem. Other companies would be served well to learn from Webstaurant!

I have been using these airpots at my coffee shop for years. They keep the coffee hot but the levers constantly break. I try to train my baristas to be very gentle, but they break anyway.

Don't make the same mistake we did - listen to the reviews. Here are the 3 useless airpots that each arrived irreparably damaged (shipped separately, as they were being "replaced" each time) that now must be sent to the landfill adding to the horrifying amount of trash with nowhere to go. Still in the boxes because of shattered glass & little paws. I prefer to shop for quality, second-hand but thought I'd try to be more "professional" buying new. Not worth the hassle and heartache.

Bought for a manicure event where no water was available. Worked great and they were beautiful containers.

The glass-lined airpot keeps beverages hot 2-3 times longer than the stainless-steel pots. However, the packaging around the airpot in the manufacturers box is insufficient. Often, the airpot arrives broken--shards of glass inside the pot--so I had to return several pots and was sent replacement airpots. Eventually, I received the number of airpots I ordered intact.

Looked great and worked great. Easy to attach and take off the lid. Product was never dropped, and it was properly cleaned. After about a dozen uses, it stopped pumping and leaked. I surmised the seal on the inner carafe went. Poor quality. This is supposed to be a product suitable for use in a restaurant. Very disappointed. No warrantee and Webstaurant was no help. Do you have to purchase a warrantee with everything you buy at Webstautant??
