Choice 16" Stainless Steel Sieve

We use this to sift flours and sugars at our bakery. It is quite durable. We use it every day with some high volumes and these seem to last about 1-2 years, which is good based on the price.

Every bakery operation should be using a sieve. This sieve has helped my operation in product consistency in huge ways. Sifting dry ingredients is a crucial aspect of bakery recipes, and we are thankful to have this available for daily use.

This sieve is very well built and constructed of stainless steel material making it ideal for any commercial kitchen. The screen openings are very fine which is great for baking purposes.

I bought this for my restaurant and didn’t realize It would come in so handy when breading chicken strips. I love it because it takes out all the crumbs and keeps my breading flour clean. I would suggest getting this. It has saved me lots of money on seasonings.

Sturdy and easy to use , wether you are breading chicken cutlets or sifting together your ingredients for French macarons, this sieve is perfect for all uses.

This sieve works wonders for breading seafood. Put the fish / shrimp / etc into a bowl, shake it to bread it then dump entire thing into the sieve which is over a bowl. A few shakes and the fish is ready to fry, and excess breading is ready for the next batch of food. When you are done, you can sieve any leftover breading to get the clumps out and save the remaining still usable mix left. If you are cooking for a lot of people, like a low country boil, this is a must. Speaking of, this is also excellent for pouring the boiling contents straight into then dumping onto the serving table! It's strong enough that you can carry food a distance in it too without worrying about it possibly folding over or collapsing. I recommend this at your next get together.

This is great for sifting large amounts of powdered sugar or flour for baking. It's perfect for sitting on top of a bowl and sifting.

love a good sieve! it makes sifting flour so much easier an efficient than those hand cranking can ones or even a mesh strainer with a handle. the design of this lets you add a ton of flour inside and with the thick rim, you just tap the sides and a ton of flour comes right out, nice and fluffy! great quality, great value

so good, I'm back to buy another. I use this guy for everything - straining, washing, sprouting, sifting. what more could you ask for, perfect design, made well, easy to clean.

Perfect size for sifting flour over a 12 inch work bowl which is pretty standard in most kitchens. Sturdy enough as long as you dont bang over too much

The 10 inch Stainless Steel Rim Sieve works like magic it gets through flour with ease and no struggle. The stainless steel rim is very nice and very easy to keep clean. I would definitely recommend the 10 inch size is perfect.

Been in the market for a new sifter. The only thing I don’t like it is to large. Wish there was a smaller one. This one is to big for my mixing bowl

This is a great sieve for flour and other dry products. Don't be like me, and try to use it as a colander (I didn't have another one handy); food items get stuck way too easily in the tiny holes (to be expected). This is much easier to use than the type of sieve with a rotating handle.

I love using this sieve to sift large amounts of powdered sugar over a large bowl before I make icing. It gets pretty much all of the lumps out and it's much faster than using the little grocery store sieve I used to use and easier on the hand than using a traditional sifter. I wish I had gotten it years ago!

This is a great quality sieve! I have only had it a short time, but have used it several times already for different applications. It comes out of the dishwasher in perfect condition.
