Choice 16 oz. Double Wall Ripple Kraft Paper Hot Cup - 25/Pack

The cups ridged walls come apart from the slightest moisture. Customers have come back complaining that their cup dripped into their cup holders in the car.

These are awful. They leak and lids DO NOT fit. None of them. Even the more more expensive solo brand lids.

Product is great, however the shipping was not. 3 large boxes taped together, caused the bottom box to get smashed. Fortunately in my situation there was not much damaged to the cups, but it could have been bad.

We've been using these cups for over 2 years. If the prices would stablize in the industry that would be great. They are out of stock a lot. I try to buy in larger quantities to help myself out. The quality is there. My customers love that they are sleeveless. Hard to pull apart but if you gently twist, works like a charm.

Decided to kill two birds and get these double walled hot cups. They look good, but we can not pull the cups apart to use them! Unfortunately we will be returning them.

These cups are great since they already have a “cup sleeve” on it which is great for hot coffee! The only downside is it’s hard to separate them but its worth it to not have to get separate cup sleeves!

The biggest concern is that we did not know that the cups require lids that fit 12 oz cups. While the dimensions of the cup are on the site, that honestly does not help those of us who go by the oz size to purchase lids. The cups are a bit difficult to pull apart, but we are managing that task. Otherwise, we look forward to using product

We have these cups in the office for guests and they are high quality each time we have bought them.

We order this product often, they are very safe and easy to handle, double wall prevents not only get burn also slips and falls, 10/10 we use them for coffee and hot beverages.

4.5 I use these cups in my coffee shop. I love the way they feel. I don't need a sleeve, and my customers love them as well. In a market where all coffee shop cups look alike, these definitely stand out. They are hard to separate sometimes. My baristas struggle to get the cups apart from time to time.

Our customers love these cups that can be used without sleeves. Sometimes they stick together and can be hard to pull apart. They are more expensive than other coffee cups, but spending more for a better quality cup is worth it to me.

Seems to work grest on our food trailer for hot drinks. Like the idea of not having a separate sleeve.

we loved our first shipment but this last one we've had regular complaints of the cup leaking. A lot flaw? I'd like to get a credit please.

I agree with the other reviewer. Complaints from customers are coming in about cup not holding up, lids are popping off as well. I have used these cups for a couple of years never had problems until recently.

Nice looking cups, work well for hot coffee, tea or cocoa!
