Choice 16 oz. Patriotic Print PET Plastic Cold Cup - 1,000/Case

We have been using these cups with zero issues for years. However, in the past month the quality has been awful! They break all the time. We have had many crack and spill on our customers by them just simply picking up the cup. Not sure what has happened but I would be careful purchasing at the moment.

These cups have honestly been awful. They are so brittle and flimsy that I have to serve my customers iced coffee, lattes etc double cupped so they don't spill it on themselves when they grab that cup. Super embarssing and definitely makes the business look like I cut corners. I order a big quantity too so I'm stuck with them for a while. I definitely would t recommend. But, who knows...maybe I just got a defective round of cups.

I purchased these cups for a catering event. I was incredibly disappointed. I only had probably 15 orders involving these cups and 5 of the cups split wide open right in the middle of the cup and coffee went everywhere. The rest of the cups were so flimsy the customers couldn't put their lids on it. I will be throwing these cups away and purchasing from someone else. Do not purchase these if you are putting coffee or thinner liquid in it.

These cups might look nice, but we've had a problem with them splitting and bending when we use them for smoothies and cold drinks. We have resorted to putting sleeves on them because of the poor quality which makes them more costly.. I have both the 12oz and the 16oz.. with no problems. Is there a better quality 24oz that is compatible with the Choice flat and dome lid ?

These cups are very thin and flimsy. Many break on a daily basis and cause spills all over our customers and facility. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND- they are a waste of money.

These are great plastic cups, nice and strong and very hard to crack or make leak. Only complaint we've had is that some batches seem to have 2 cups stuck together so hard that a grown man cannot separate them. I'd estimate maybe 5% or less of the cups have this issue, so it is more of an annoyance than a problem.

Very disappointing. These cups are not even comparable to the Dart brand of 24 oz cups. They are terribly thin and flimsy. We have had several customers squish out part of their drinks when they grabbed them, making huge messes. We've resorted to double cupping them, so these cups have ended up costing us MORE than the Dart brand. But it's worth it to just get rid of them faster.

The cup is really thin and flimsy as well as tall and thin vs shorter and wider like most. So when it is full and you pick it up it dents in. I was quite disappointed with the quality. But I suppose, for the price you get what you pay for.

I purchased these cups with lids and used them to display and sell single cupcakes. Just flip the lid and place cupcake in the center and cover with the cup. I added my logo on top. This is a great option.

Unfortunately I don't seem to be getting the same cup each time I order. It's like they are changing up the mold they use for this cup each run. The last batch I got is flimsy and spills easily when you hold a full cup of liquid. Time before that, the cup was sturdy and didn't have that issue. It's inconsistent. You can see the difference in the mold by just looking at the cup. Might have to find a different product.

Sometime last fall, the makeup of this cup has changed. Now it is so thin and flimsy that I have to double up on the cups when serving drinks. Very disappointing.

I liked these cups first time I ordered. My last order came though and over half the cups in each sleeve were stuck and can not be separated to be used and had to be thrown away. I'm am hoping I'll not be wasting my money re-ordering but I have lids I bought that will only fit these cups. Crossing fingers.

Honestly, these cups are awful. When we first started using them 1 year, 4 months ago, they seemed like they were better quality. Then all of a sudden, about 4-6 months later, they seemed thinner. We have had several customers say the cup caved in and the lid popped off & their iced coffee went all over their vehicle. We do not recommend. Just spend the extra few cents and get higher quality cold cups.

Very thinned walled. My baristas keep smashing them and splitting the sides just trying to put a lid on them. They feel more like thin rubber than plastic. Shockingly poor quality.

These cups are not as sturdy as others I have used. When full if the customer holds anywhere other than the small bottom portion the cup is :squishy" and the drink can come out. The cups frequently stick together(to the point that you cant get them separated) and many times the bottoms of some of the cups were warped and wouldn't sit on the counter top. I switched back to the Dart Conex which are more expensive but also more sturdy. I loved that the lids to the PET cups fit so easy.

Cups so thin and flimsy that they buckle when trying to put on a lid during the rush. We’ll never be able to use them. If you’re not in a hurry and want a cheap cup they will do fine, but there are better options.

We have been purchasing these for the past 2.6 years and have not had the issues that we are experiencing with them now. They are so thin, the quality has gone significantly down. They crack very easy and they also collapse when putting a lid on them if a sleeve is not also used. These had served us very well prior to this change.

The cups are tall and visually look good but are More flimsily than the solo cups. We switched back because out baristas had trouble putting lids on as well

These cups are thick and nice quality. The only issue I have with them is some will stick to the one below it and it is very difficult to get them apart. Otherwise, they do the job.

These are very nice cups, we ordered a couple packs for our wedding reception. They are crystal clear and very sturdy. Great price as well. Overall, very pleased with them.
