I love this fork. I use it for rice, salads, and pasta. Its very durable and sturdy. Its not that heavy or very lightweight but in the middle. Looks like it will last along time. I love that its just one piece stainless steel. It wont break or bend. Thats what I love about most of the stuff on webstaurantstore. They are made mostly of one piece stainless steel eliminating the chance of breakage.
