Cheap lid but you get what you pay for i guess. The screws like to fall out of the handle and are very tiny and with our self serve counter Im praying that no customers consumed one.

I love these lids how they Easley open and close. They have the perfect size notch for all my ladles. Is loser easy to clean. Even five months later after a lot of scrubbing on them they still maintain a beautiful shine to keep your professional look in your food area.
I was a little hesitant about purchasing this notched hinged stainless steel cover for my 7 Qt. but I'm so glad I did it makes serving soups, chili and anything else so much easier than having to remove a lid and then find a place to sit the lid down when space is limited on a food truck. These are decent covers for a low price. They might need to be bent a bit to make them fit properly and close tightly, but once fitted, they hold up pretty good. Easy to clean and non staining.

In the past I have used these hinged covers and was never impressed. It all depends upon the size of the ladle you are using. Any ladle over 6oz becomes a bit too big to easily pull out of the half opening. But maybe thats just me.
