Great strainer, very large so make sure you have a use for it! It's a little difficult to wield if you're a small person, but it does any straining task super well. I like the little hook on the side of it too, you don't have to waste shelf space and can just hang it under a shelf. Very handy kitchen tool, but please be aware of size!

This chinois is a great buy! It is very inexpensive and quite large for the price. I'm happy with the mesh strainer it has in regards to the fineness of it. I have used different chinois strainers that are finer, but this works great, especially for the price!

I am using it to strain chocolate and it does a good job of catching any cocoa nibs that didn't get refined.
