Plus, the chocolate type function makes preparing various kinds of chocolate a breeze with pre-set melt settings for all of the most popular varieties including white, milk, or dark chocolate. For the utmost convenience, this product comes with "overnight mode" which is a standby setting that allows you to store your melted chocolate in the bowl for an extended period (or overnight) to save on additional melting and cleanup time! Going up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit in temper mode or 130 degrees Fahrenheit during the melt cycle, this all-in-one product melts, tempers, sets, and holds your crave-worthy chocolate for quick and easy access!
With a batch capacity of 1.5 lb., this heavy-duty machine can produce an average of 10 lb. of chocolate per day with very little maintenance!
