Very sturdy cake pan. It is a lot more expensive than some other cake pans, but this cake pan supposes to last you longer. The cake bake was successful, with no complaints at all.
After researching cake pans for best brands, I found Chicago Metallic and was impressed with the ease of removing everything baked in this pan. It's excellent for flan too (with bain marie). Since there is an excellent quality surface, cleaning up this cake pan is quick and easy, the way it should be!
