The Chicago Metallic 40850 is an excellent half-sheet pan from one of the best manufacturers around. It's build quality is excellent and its only real competition is Vollrath if you want local made sheet pans since both brands are made in the USA. It's 18 gauge thickness is much more durable than the generic sheet pans you buy in retail stores or even name brand like NordicWare which I believe last time I emailed and asked, now uses something like 20 or 22 gauge for their sheet pans. The price on WebstaurantStore is unbeatable so these are the workhorse sheet pans you want and WebstaurantStore is where you want to buy them.
