Simply place it at the bottom of one of your pan's wells and begin baking. Once finished, the disk is removable, allowing you to conveniently extract a small cheesecake from the pan. Made in the USA with global materials, this disk is made of 26 gauge aluminized steel, it can easily be cleaned with soap and water. This disk is heavy-duty and made to last!
Each disk comes complete with AMERICOAT ePlus. This glaze is the industry's leading silicone coating technology and is used on all Chicago Metallic glazed pans. Using breakthrough silicone resins to achieve unparalleled results, AMERICOAT ePlus is specifically formulated for bakeware applications and is suitable for contact with food. The glaze features longer-lasting performance, having up to a 30% longer release life than competing glazes. It also reduces the need for oil usage up to 50%, is PFOA free, and helps reduce staining. Really happy they sell the replacement disk, I am able to keep baking while my the finished product keeps a base and I used the replacement disk in the pan.
