Really sad to report that this pepper mill isn't a mill, its a pepper dust creator. While the finish is gorgeous and the construction nice, it doesn't offer any option to offer a guest "cracked" pepper or any sort of course grind.. its the finest pepper dust ever.. even after trying to fidget with the wheel, etc... It's being returned. =(
