Cover the pot and heat slowly, stirring occasionally, until it reaches 170 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Hold this temperature for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat down to 150 to 160 degrees for service. Simply ladle out portions into a bowl or cup, pair with crackers, and serve!
