These are fine when installed. But mine came with holes not drilled in the right spots so it ended up being a little wobbly but once it’s filled with heavy product it’s ok
The rack came with the bolts and washers, but no nuts. When I emailed, a Webstaurant representative told me that they would contact the manufacturer, who would send me the nuts. I waited, followed up, and was assured that the manufacturer had mailed me the missing nuts. When they failed to materialize, I followed up again, and was ignored. It's not like going to the hardware store, finding the proper nuts, and just getting on with it is too terribly difficult, but it's time, and to me, and to many businesspeople, time is expensive. When you pay for a product, IT'S NOT UNREASONABLE TO ASSUME IT'S GOING TO COME WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO ASSEMBLE IT. This is another example of poor customer service from Webstaurant.
