Dolly comes fully assembled and ready to go. It is heavy duty and the wheels are the perfect size for heavy or light loads. Ours is red and the first day, some of the paint started coming off. It's a utility dolly though that gets scraped against the ground though so I am not worried about the cosmetics. Probably will buy non painted next time if available.
