Accommodating up to (7) 18" x 26" dough boxes (sold separately), the rack features a heavy-duty, hi-tensile aluminum frame that's backed by a lifetime guarantee against rust. Tubular cross bars support the frame, enhancing its strength and stability. It's topped with a flat surface, which is perfect for temporarily placed boxes, pans, and other supplies.
Each of the pan slides are spaced 4" apart, allowing ample room for inserting and removing loaded or unloaded boxes. Moving the boxes is ultra-fast and easy too, thanks to the rack's mobile design. This is the best thing ever! We roll! We roll! Into the concession trailer. Into the walk in! Into the kitchen! Load and go. And, when we only need 100 pies we set an empty proof on the bottom rack and use to hold supplies. And, this thing is sturdy!!! I know I know a lot of stuff at webstaurantstore.com is flimsy priced for what you get, but not this puppy! Very, very sturdy rack. Another item I say what did I ever do before I got this.
