This Champion undercounter dishwasher is the perfect solution for maximizing your dishes cleaned with each load! This high-temperature dishwasher is designed to keep your dishroom productive and efficient, able to tackle up to 25 racks per hour while using only 0.83 / 0.69 gallons per rack (dependent on cycle settings). It boasts a 15 3/4" door opening to allow easy loading and unloading and comes with plenty of smart design features to help you spend more time helping customers and less time doing the dishes. For example, its soft start functionality works to prevent breakage and chipping. It also automatically drains the water to prepare for the next cycle, ensuring heavily soiled items are always sanitized with fresh water. Other features like low water tank heat protection simplify operation and improve safety.
With 2 included racks, this unit is built for performance. It features a multi-level racking system that increases wares capacity and allows you to wash more dishes at once. You also never have to worry whether your machine is reaching the proper temperature, as it can extend the cycle time to ensure that it reaches the 180 degree final rinse necessary to meet health code standards. It comes ready for a 208-240V setup and must be hard-wired. Multi-phase ability allows for this 1 phase model to be converted to a 3 phase setup. A 1/2" NPT hot water connection is required, and it has a pumped drain with 6' of 5/8" ID flexible reinforced hose.
