Streamline your dishwashing operation with the Champion DH3000 door-type high temperature dishwashing machine. With one included peg rack and one flat rack, this machine is great for just about any soiled wares. The advanced 4 5/16" TFT display includes intuitive condition alerts with multi-lingual, user-friendly operational guidance. Plus, the enhanced visual on-board diagnostics quickly identify machine faults for rapid resolution and less downtime in your busy commercial kitchens.
This machine can complete a full cleaning cycle in just 60 seconds and cleans up to 60 racks per hour. It uses only 0.76 gallons of water per rack. Rinse sentry automatically extends the wash cycle until the booster reaches the optimal sanitization temperature before the final rinse begins. It also features a Varicycle wash that allows you to extend the wash time to 16 minutes for maximum cleaning of heavily soiled wares.
Featuring both an auto start feature that starts when the door is closed and an automatic drain valve, this machine is simple to operate without requiring constant monitoring by the user. A low-water tank heat cut-off will help prevent overheating of the dishwasher, which could result in operational failure. This unit requires a 208-240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation. Plus, this unit has a field convertible electric connection and can be converted to single phase power by a qualified electrician.
