Designed for busy kitchens, the Centerline by Hobart CUL-1 low-temperature undercounter dishwashing machine delivers convenience and reliability. Within one hour, it washes up to 24 racks, with each rack using 0.84 gallons of water and taking just 2 minutes per cycle. The duration of the cycle can be extended as needed.
Each cycle begins with a soft start and fills automatically. Revolving, anti-clogging upper and lower wash arms spray water onto the dishes, combining with detergent (sold separately) for a thorough wash. As the soapy water knocks off food particles, they collect in a 3-part stainless steel scrap screen, which is easy to remove and empty. The arms then disperse rinse water, washing away the soap. This machine sanitizes with chemicals. As such, both chemical pumps and a sanitizer sensing indicator are standard. The indicator alerts the user when the sanitizer needs refilling.
This dishwasher is easy to program thanks to its easy-to-access, top-mounted user interface. It includes a digital temperature display, as well as a delime notification and cycle to simplify maintenance. Service diagnostics and error notifications also make it easy to isolate symptoms for troubleshooting, reducing the need for expensive and time-consuming service calls.
This dishwashing machine features 2 dish racks with 1 peg and 1 combination type. With both types available, you can wash a variety of bowls, plates, and other dishes. This item features a 5/8 hp wash motor, and it requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

Constantly had error issues. Hobart would come out and not fix the issue and then try to bill us saying the issues were "not in warranty"

Draining Error 14 constantly. Washes just fine but similar issues to another comment where hobart is not helpful at all, comes out and doesn't fix the issue but charges you. Buy a different brand.
