Designed for busy kitchens, the Centerline by Hobart CDH-1 electric high temperature door-type dishwasher with booster-heater 208-240V delivers convenience and reliability. Within one hour, it washes up to 51 racks, with each rack using 0.73 gallons of water, using a standard cycle that can be extended. Each cycle begins with a soft start and fills automatically. The revolving, tri-pronged upper and lower wash arms snap in for easy installation and removal, and they're designed to be anti-clogging for reduced maintenance. The arms spray water onto the dishes, combining with detergent (sold separately) for a thorough wash. As the soapy water knocks off food particles, they collect in a stainless steel scrap screen, which is easy to remove and empty. The arms then disperse rinse water, washing away the soap. The tri prong design creates greater coverage and improves the performance of each wash.

Using electric tank heat, this dish machine sanitizes with hot water. Featuring an integrated booster-heater with Sense-a-Temp technology, it produces final rinse water at 180 degrees Fahrenheit. By using heat to sanitize, the machine eliminates the hassle and expense of replacing chemical sanitizer. The automatic pumped drain removes wash and rinse water at the end of the cycle.

This dishwasher is simple to program thanks to its easy-to-access, top-mounted user interface.
