Grindmaster-Cecilware CL100N 1 PHASE Details
Perfect for high volume coffee service, the Cecilware CL100N twin 3 gallon automatic coffee urn will keep your customers happy and warm during your busiest hours! It is capable of brewing up to 25 gallons of coffee per hour and automatically replenishes the urn jackets with fresh water as soon as they start running low. The thermometer on the front of the urn indicates when the optimum temperature for brewing coffee has been reached, and you can choose between a full batch or half batch brewing cycle. Plus, an adjustable by-pass system allows you to control the strength of your coffee to bring out its natural, robust flavor. It even comes with a push-button agitator so that you have complete control over how long your coffee is agitated.
At only 33 1/2" wide and 17 1/2" deep, this coffee urn's compact construction is a valuable asset to any food service operation with limited countertop space. A convenient cycle stop switch on the front panel allows you to stop the brew cycle midstream, a useful feature during clean up. It also has an overflow tube in case of a water valve malfunction to dispense the excess water. It is conveniently designed so you can change the water pump or thermostat without completely emptying the urns. With silicone fittings to prevent corrosion, pitting, and leakage, this automatic coffee urn has all the benefits your business needs to keep up with a high coffee demand.
