The CDN EOT1 1 5/8" Dial Oven Thermometer only goes to 80 degrees Fahrenheit so it does not really help as an oven thermometer. My oven goes to 450 so it just goes to the max and says that it is hot. Other thermometers actually tell the temperature over 80 degrees.

Well built dial oven thermometer 1 5/8" is a good size for our needs and is easy to read it has a base to set it up right as well as a hook to hang it, it reads at high temperature that is need for sourdough baking, Seems to be of good quality, i would buy again next time we need one, Also it has a glass screen.
