Because these carriers are made with expanded polypropylene (EPP), they offer superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator Dash hot board or CaterGator Dash ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further.
These insulated pan carriers feature a professional grade construction made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), an insulated material with a high level of durability. This high-tech material is extremely lightweight and offers excellent impact, water, and chemical resistance. Not only a durable and lightweight option, these top load carriers are an eco-friendly choice for your business as they can be used again and again. The front load food pan carriers include a large latch that quickly and securely locks the door to retain temperature. The door even extends to a full 270 degrees for easy access to your food pans and is completely removable for easy cleaning. Plus, the front load carriers feature handy grip edges on all 4 sides that are both durable and ergonomic. The top load carrier features a fully detachable lid and molded-in handles for easy transportation.
The front load carriers hold up to (5) 2 1/2" deep food pans and can accommodate various combinations of full, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans that are 2 1/2", 4", and 6" deep. The top load food pan carrier has a versatile design that allows you to mix and match a number of pan combinations to best suit your needs, including (3) 2 1/2" deep, (2) 4" deep, (1) 6" deep and (1) 2 1/2" deep pans.
Quickly and safely transport these 3 pan carriers with the included compact dolly. This dolly can transport up to 550 lb. of stacked food pan carriers. Its sturdy, light weight, shock-resistant ABS frame and high-quality polypropylene wheels are built to last. 2 fixed casters and 2 swivel casters provide ultimate control over even and uneven surfaces with ease. This dolly comes with a removable EPP insert with 4 holes to match up with the base of the EPP unit front loaders (sold separately). The holes create a snug fit that won't shift while you're pushing and transporting the carrier. Also, they make stacking 2 units on top of one another more secure. The EPP insert can be removed to accommodate larger food pan carriers.

NO WAY TO GET REPAIR PARTS FOR THIS! Buyer beware. This is a "private label" item and if it breaks, WebstaurantStore.com will not help you with replacement parts, even though they "control the manufacturing" of the product. I found this out the hard way. Loved the pan carriers. I use them at markets to keep our fresh pasta packages cold. But the latches are flimsy and hard to open and close and last winter the first latch broke (we have 3 carriers). The second latch broke this spring, and the third gave up the ghost last week. Not surprising, since the latches are just thin pieces of plastic that clip closed and literally have to be pried open.
