Good bag overall, thicker and more insulated than the Choice brand, but because so, it is a little heavier and more flimsy. Would be better if it came with a solid bottom to retain it's shape, we had to add a piece of thin plexiglass on the bottom to keep it from buckling.

We use these type bags often for our catering deliveries so we were excited to try this one. Nice bag and fully functional as described. The pockets are nice but not sure what they're for. Our only issues with the bag were:L 1) We have several of these bags from Choice and we felt they were a much better value. Their bags are almost half the price and just as functional & sturdy as these. 2) these have velcro closures, our preference is zippers as other bags use. Zippers seem to last longer and are easier to clean. All in all, they'r nice bags but there are others out there at similar quality but for less money

June 6 we ordered 5 of these bags. I'm not impressed with the velcro seal. The seam is also separating. In the same purchase we also ordered the Blue Choice Insulated zipper bag. The Choice bag is definitely better. I'll be checking into the return policy on the 1 bag we've used and the 4 we haven't used yet. Would not purchase again.

I purchased 4 of these bags 4 months ago and two of them are unusable as the seams are coming apart along the sides and on the top closure section. This is due to poor construction not overuse or overloading of product. Webstaurant customer service was exceptional in agreeing to credit our account for the two defective units.

This bag is great!!! Very sturdy and insulated great. Able to hold hot and frozen foods. Highly recommended to anyone in restaurant to go or catering!

I liked the style and it was nice to use however with carry cases it has to be washable/wipeable and dryable....this one was neither of those. Used for food transport and it retained moisture and food smells and then mold started growing also. Had to throw away.

I purchased 2 of these bags to carry half pans of hot and cold foods. This product is fantastic. I did line the bottom and sides with a thin towel to prevent the oven hot pans from melting the plastic liner and I put cardboard between the pans to prevent the weight of the pans from compressing each other. These bags kept my reserve pans about 200* for 3 hours! They were just as great for my cold sides. No problems with holding temps. I kept the bags zipped. These bags make carrying a lot of food easy and compact. They wipe out easy, just remember to lift the bottom support piece to check for any possible spillage underneath. They also fold up for storage! I want to purchase a couple more. Webstaurant is my site for purchase of all my needs for catering and the prices are great too.

I absolutely love this Insulated Soft-sided food delivery bag/pan carrier. We used it to transport full size catering pans and we fit 5 without a problem. They stayed put and no leaks. The bag is ultra strong and the easy velcro closures for the cover are so convenient. The straps to carry the bag are very strong also. It is an all around great product!

This heavy duty insulated bag really performs compared to other brands we have although the price is a little bit higher but the quality compensates for it.

I had been searching for a quality food delivery bag forever when I came across WebstaurantStore and ServIt. These guys have quality products, so I'm happy I found them! I do UberEats, so I needed something that would hold up to the grind, and this bag sure does it for me! First off, the velcro makes everything faster to access, and it's super durable, so no chance of it flying open. The exterior pockets are definitely large enough for 2 liter bottles, and there's even a windowed slot for your receipts. The hardboard bottom is a plus, as it will prevent your containers from collapsing on top of one another during transport. There's also a nice sized pocket on the inside lid area for your heat/cold packs. The bag is larger than I expected, but I'm glad, because I have enough room for my 424DRINK3BG ServIt small drink bag plus to-go containers. Oh, and they even added reflective stripes for your safety! The only thing I wish it had was a shoulder strap, but other than that it's a great bag!

Overall a great bag. We use these for both cold and hot purposes. Great size and wow the number of side pockets, maybe too many but all good. The biggest issue is the velcro enclosures. They take too long to close the bag since they 4+ of them to deal with separately. Additionally if you fold the bag up, then it's even harder since the velcro flaps become unflattened. We want zippers instead. Zippers are so much faster and easier to use.

Great to see a delivery bag skip the zippers, that break within a month anyways, and go straight to a sturdy velcro! We will be purchasing more of these for our arsenal!

They are nice bags, but didn't realize they don't fully close. We thought it was zipper + velcro, not just velcro. Good bags, our mistake in picking the ones that don't fully close.
