We ordered 2 of these at one time. Worked out better to order 2 due to shipping costs. The first one we tested was easy to install/replace. We turned it on and it heated up as it should. Then we went to pour the sugar and it did not produce cotton candy as it should have. It was shooting out most of the sugar into the bowl. We tested the temperature with a heat gun. The temp was correct. Upon further inspection, it seemed like the slit was larger than the other head we had. We contacted customer service and they presented us with a few compensation options. Customer service was great! The other replacement head worked as it should.
