The first one I ordered, wouldn't shave the ice. It turned on, the ice would spin, bit it wouldn't shave. I tried going all the way fine to all the way course and it still didn't work. I contacted them by Chat and after following a few steps they sent me another one. It got up my house in 2 days, which is awesome. This one does work, but it won't work if I try going to the fine setting. The farthest I can go is half way between course and fine. I wish I could get the ice finer then that. Also, it doest hold very much ice at one time. You get maybe, 2 and 4 snow cones depending on the size of them, then you have to refill the ice bin. I like the foot pedal.
