This carrier works amazing at holding food hot for long periods of time. I haven't used it to keep food cold yet, but have had vegetables in pans inside for 3 hours and when I took them out steam hit my face it was still so hot.

A must have when catering. Stacks on other brands of food pan carriers. Keeps food hot for up to 4 hours (although we only use it for a couple hours at a time).

I use it to keep my food hot while I’m at the farmer’s market. One food pan carrier can hold 5 2 1/2” hotel pans. Really good food carrier. Good bang for your buck!

My set of these boxes do a great job of keeping food hot or cold. It helps if they're prepped with hot or ice water. They can hold either hotel or half-sheet pans. I get different colors so I can send to different areas during an event. I wish they were a little lighter, though. Loaded, they require 2 people to move or use of a dolly.

I've used this Cateraide pan carrier. For me, it is a bit heavy and a bit bulky. I like the Cambro Hot Box/ Cam GoBox much better. It is lighter and my food stays hotter for a longer period of time. It works fine, but it's not the best.

Terrible quality. Have used twice, and found out on the first use that it doesn't actually fit half sheet pans like every other hot/coldbox I've used, and barely fits hotel pans. On second use, realized the door was so warped that the seal can't close and I can see my hotel-pan-sized cold pack through the closed door (cold pack also barely fits and I have to really muscle it in.). This explained why it didn't hold temp as advertised either. The door falls off the hinges at the slightest provocation. I'm very disappointed in this and wish I had spent a bit more and just got the Cambro instead of wasting money on this.

These were terrible. Latches broke almost immediately and we couldn't return them or get any compensation. They only sent new latches.

Great price. Very durable and great for your delivering our food. Keeps the product very hot.

These cateraide's hold hot and cold food perfectly. Can hold 5 pans. I also bought the carlisle cart to go with it. It allows 1 person to be able to haul multiple cambro's around

Very nice heavy duty insulated carrier. We used it to carry hot food for catering that we had to drive 30 minutes away. It held product temp well.

I highly recommend this pan holder. it keeps the food crazy hot. much cheaper than other brands, and totally worth the savings. just get the wheels to go with it

Great product for catering orders. This box is a little bulky and heavy by itself but keeps food warm and you can easily stack another box on top of another.

Bought 2 of these a few years ago and have been very happy with them. We use them in our catering business often and they keep the food hot for several hours. I have a tip or two for you. Preheat them with hot water in a pan for 20 minutes before you use them. If you are in and out of them much you can also reheat the carrier with hot water in a pan. I can go on and on about the great experiences we have had with them.

These are great and the packaging kept the product safe and secure during shipping. It arrived on time and was an overall great experience we will order more.

This food pan carrier works great in our caterings and we even use them on busy days in our restaurant for holding food hot before place it in our food warmers. They hold large containers of meats hot almost all day.

Switched to these hot boxes and so happy we did. The doors are the most important part. These keep the food hot and locked in place.

This is an essential piece of equipment for my business. We are catering company who transports hot and cold food all the time. These catering boxes do the job perfectly, holding hot food hot for up to six hours. The rubber gasket is high-quality, and the plastic insulated box is very easy to clean. My only issue Is these boxes are superheavy even when empty. If I fill one with five trays of chicken enchiladas I’d imagine it weighs over 100 pounds.

The slate-blue food carrier is designated for cold items, or food items that need to arrive in a warm (not hot) fashion. We use the black / slate blue color coding system to aid us in this task. These are solidly built, haven't had to replace a single part since we initially purchased. Highly recommended!

Perfect.....purchased 2 of them....love them....probably will get a couple more.....keeps food hot or cold....works very well with my KCBS competition events....when not in use, I use for storage.....

This Food Pan Carrier really worked and kept our food hot for a couple of hours at an event until we were ready to use it. We were able to put five pans in the carrier, as advertised. It is light weight and we purchased the carrier to compliment this and make it easier to transport from the vehicle to the serving area. They wipe down easily with soap and water. A great buy. Recommend.
