Not sure if the unit I received is defective. In the description it states that this item will keep beverages hot for up to 6 hours. We used it twice, both time in an inside environment and didn't even keep the coffee hot for 4 hours. How can I return it? I do not have the original box as I expected it to work as stated and didn't plan on returning it.

Great size in a Insulated Beverage Dispenser but shipping weight is expensive. Great product for the restaurant and the size makes it a good bargain. Shipping charges were a bit much but when we order more items. Keeps items cold or hot

This item is used to hold just about anything Hot or Cold. We have several colors and use them for Regular & Decaf Coffee, Hot Water, Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Water and Ice. Although you can use this for soup, the spigot may retain food particles and may have to be disassembled completely and cleaned. I suggest using the LD500nss designed for that purpose. Use different colors for different purposes, also remember use your coffee units for coffee only. Periodically use baking soda to rinse and eliminate odors.
