Made of durable polyethylene, this food bar boasts an easy-to-clean, textured surface. Plus, the basin is filled with polyurethane foam to hold ice without melting for hours. It can also accommodate up to (5) 6" deep food pans so you can serve salad greens, vegetables, and toppings!
Thanks to the two-piece acrylic sneeze guard, this salad bar is protected against possible contaminants. The end posts even have acrylic posts for added coverage. Able to withstand temperatures from -40 degrees to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, this food / salad bar is perfect for serving your carefully prepared sides and salads at their correct serving temperatures. When you're finished serving for the day, a threaded drain plug underneath the ice pan provides easy water removal.

Purchased for a small table top salad bar in my small cafe. Easy to assemble and take apart for out of cafe catering events. Lots of space for multiple items.
We use this for our catering and it has been great. Tip: be careful with how you install the screws each time, cause it can bend. I also recommend protecting the glass when transporting cause it can get scratched up pretty easily.
