Use this versatile Carlisle 40005C04 Sparta 16" yellow multi-purpose cleaning brush for a variety of cleaning tasks in your establishment! With its durable 16" plastic handle and ability to clean in all directions, this brush is ideal for cleaning your large pots, pans, and tanks in a mess- and hassle-free fashion. It features an oval head and medium stiff polyester bristles designed for aggressive cleaning and easily removing caked on food and grease. Plus, its yellow color allows you to use this brush as part of the color-coding system found in many HACCP plans to promote food safety and sanitation.
While this brush does not feature high heat bristles, it is great for cleaning the bottom of a fryer once cooled. For when it is not in use, this brush features a convenient hanging hole on the end of the handle for easy storage and retrieval.

Bought this to help clean floor sinks. The long handle helps get leverage and is long enough to save your back. Seems well built. Would buy another if this one wears out.
We use these brushes for cleaning out stainless steel creamer pitchers. The handle is a gold length, and the brush head is the right size. The bristles do tend to flatten out after a while though, but that is to be expected with use.
The Carlisle Sparta 5" white cleaning brush with 30" handle is a great quality cleaning brush and perfect for scrubbing toilets. The extra long handle is a great feature and holds up well after many uses.
The Carlisle 4" brush is definitely an all purpose cleaning brush. It is used in part of the cleaning process for our soft serve ice cream machines. The diameter of the brush and the length of the handle make it a great tool to use for this purpose.
Is has long handel and work great to clean fryer if you clean your fryer with soapy water before rinse it out. It can reach inside without any problems
We got this for our 15 stainless cold brew kegs and brewer. It reaches all the way to the bottom which is great but I do wish it had foam instead of nylon bristles.
