Simply add the #10 condiment can (sold separately) to the inside of the dispenser and put the pump and lid in place, and you're all set! For added versatility and portion control, the stainless steel pump can be adjusted to dispense 0.5 oz., 1 oz., or 1.25 oz. per pump. Perfect for concession stands, sandwich shops, or snack bars, this dispenser is made of durable 18/8 stainless steel for long-lasting use and easy cleaning in busy commercial foodservice environments.
Because the condiments are placed inside the stainless steel housing, you can be confident that the contents are covered and protected from contaminants. after only 6 months of use, this nipple on the pump output broke and we need to buy a new one. this is a waste of money if you have to replace it every 6 months

Will not pump ketchup, will only pump water, don't buy unless you have some thing thicker than water. Must be defective or just poor design.

I really love this pump! I've used them in my previous establishment as well as our newest. My only complaint is I can't find a maintenance kit with new rubber seals, springs, and bearings.
We didn't want to waste time filling ketchup bottles so decided to get this pump. However, it keeps jamming up and customers have to try very hard to get ketchup. We clean it with hot water but still not worth the maintenance. Now, after a few months of use, it's almost not worth having it as customers get so frustrated.

The first one was defective but webstaurantstore took care of the problem right away and sent a new one that has worked perfect and is easy to clean
This dispenser looks first class. It has a solid construction, looks very nice on countertop. Easy to set up and gives plenty of ketchup with every pump. Would highly recommend.
