These are listed and priced as high heat, however, they are not. We have already thrown 3 of the 6 away as they are burning up when heated in the microwave. Don't advertise high heat if they don't hold up. Very disappointed.

price is very reasonable for the quality and durability. Holds up well in heat and cold, lids fit perfect. no warping at all. washes well as well.

Great for it's versatile uses, from freezer to microwave, and to steam pan. It is perfect for quick heat of food, so you don't have to transfer the food for reheating.

Purchased these to melt butter in for toast and grilled cheese sandwiches. They fit our microwave perfect. Well worth the cost for the high heat products. Webstaurant prices are the lowest that I have found for this product.

Love these amber pans. Great quality and durability. Everything wipes out even burnt cheese and wing sauce. Carlisle brand is cheaper too but you wouldn't know it.

Awesome pan! Food does not stick to it, It holds high temps, and helps to maintain food quality of hot food items.. Much better than holding hot food in a metal pan!

This is a nice pan and you can tell it's high quality. I purchased thinking it may be a bit more non-stick that a metal pan but that's not the case. I found other uses for it and it works great.

A good solid heating and marinating pan. They are dishwasher safe and do not stain. The high heat make up makes them tolerant to extreme heats. The matching lid is also a must.

This large 1/9 amber pan is great because it holds up very well to high heat and doesn't take up much space. This is used for a product you don't use very much of.

I purchased 13 of these pans in 2015 and they are literally falling apart before our eyes. Into pieces. We are very gentle on our kitchenware at our restaurant. We use these to store food cold in the refrigerator and then use them directly into the microwave to heat. Webstaurant refunded my money for the pans, which is 5 stars for their customer service. But Carlisle, the company, says there is nothing wrong with the pans...they told me that they've never had an issue. I have several that I bought back in 2011 that are not falling apart. Carlisle says they changed their recipe since 2011 so not sure what to say. Just don't buy these hot pans from Carlisle.

We use this to melt butter in and it does great. We do not have to worry about it melting/warping. Carlisle makes may great high temp products that we use.

We use these containers to keep fresh baked rolls warm in a warming cabinet prior to serving. They are sturdy enough to hold up to the abuse of a busy kitchen. The amber color allows easy identification of contents.

like the clear pan. i can see what is in it. it is very good for the line can handle very high heat really like this product.

These food pan works with just about anything, chicken meat, mashed potatoes, cooked meat and many other things. It has a very high tolerance on commercial use microwave since they're built to heat food fast

very good pans we bought diffrent sizes and is being used in our steam table. we even use them in our oven at a very low temp.

We ordered these to use for our mashed potatoes on the hot bar, these are great and keeps the mashed potatoes fresh longer than the aluminum pans

These amber colored pans from Carlisle are so great! I cannot say enough about them! We use them at our restaurant for microwaved items and now we can't live without them! Just reach in and pick them up without gloves!! They truly are not hot when you take them from the microwave!
