Each tray slides into place for measuring and then can be removed for cleanup, or to weigh bowls or even milkshakes. Plus, this scale is accurate to 1 gram every time. It can weigh up to 4 lb. in increments of 0.1 oz. and up to 2000 grams in increments of 1 gram, making it the perfect tool for ice cream shops or restaurants.
