These non-polarized pads have clear illustrations and can be placed on either location on the chest, which ensures that responders can focus on treating the patient quickly. They are designed to also send patient type, energy, CPR protocol, and pad expiration date directly to the G5 unit for storage, which can be downloaded when needed. The pads are intended for use on adult patients, and have a 2-year shelf life.
