Durable and heat proof, we use these pans every day for hot holding cheese sauce. They are great because they keep the sauce from cooking onto the bottom much better than metal pans do. Careful cleaning them with steel wool though because they do scratch like other plastic bins.

We always try to use high heat containers from Cambro. Always have solid material and holds up well over time!
I did not realize when I bought them they are amber hue. But it worked even better because I can separate them for pastry vs savior side.
We switched to high heat containers after we had to constantly change the plastic bins since they would crack over time. We had this one for over 6 months and it is still in good condition.

Our kitchen staff love these high heat Cambro containers. When combined with the polycarbonate grip lid, the items retain their heat. I recommend this item if your are doing offsite catering.

This was just the right product. We often need to reheat an item, and this pan goes from microwave to steam table easily. I was using metal pans in the steam table, but then would have to transfer to a different container to heat in the microwave. This saves on time and extra dirty dishes.
These amber high heat pans are great for any food that may need a long time to heat within the microwave. We will use this pan to heat our soup up being that it will take at least ten minutes to reach the temperature we need it to.
