This 1 pint measuring cup features two measurement systems for excellent versatility in any busy commercial kitchen. Metric measurements are visible in a bright blue color, and American standard measurements are visible in a bright red color, allowing for quick and accurate identification. Additionally, the smooth spout offers easy pouring, while the interior resists acids, stains, and odors for long-lasting use. The measurement graduations may fade in water temperatures 180 degrees Fahrenheit or above.
