This was the perfect solution, small enough to be inset into an existing counter top but large enough to provide all the best salad bar items. I would recommend thay you try to stick to the 3 inch deep pans or less as the 4 inch pans only allow one layer of ice underneath.

I do not love this item as much as I wanted to. It is much bendier than I would hope. And the sneeze guard only extends from the middle to one edge, so it is easy for customers to reach around behind it, which kind of defeats the purpose of having it.
