Cambro 94PP190 1/9 Size Translucent Polypropylene Food Pan - 4" Deep

This 8” deep food storage pan is perfect for dry brining our large cuts of pork shoulder. The lid fits snugly and are good for storage in refrigerators and walk-in coolers and they are easily stacked. They are very strong and durable as well. Highly recommend purchasing with a lid.

I ordered the 2" and 4" Cambro pans. I was super excited to find small a 2" pan for the smaller batches or low profile Chocolates. HOWEVER, that was short lived once I realized the 1/2 size lid doesn't fit. While fits 4"won't the 2". Which should be mentioned when ordering the 2" and corresponding number of lids. Now I have 6 extra lids and containers I have to storage wrap.

This food pan is, unfortunately, slightly undersized compared to what it should be for a 1/2 size pan. Thus, the corresponding Cambro lid does not fit. However, for my purposes I do not require a lid at all times and have still found the size and height very useful. Covers with cling film very well.

We use these food pans to brine our pork belly and pork shoulder overnight. The seal fits perfectly and they fit perfect in the refrigerator on our food truck! Love webstaurant and cambro products

It's a Cambro product! Works nice with the translucent Cambro lid 10PPSC to seal food in tight. I also use these in my warmers since the temperature rating says it can handle it. Its easier to clean one of these than a metal chafing pan especially for starches like rice, potatoes, pasta... Pop a lid on and label and its ready to store your food!

I actually purchased this to serve more as a drain pan under my bunn commercial airpot brewer and it's working perfectly for that purpose.

Solid materials

Great value and high quality products! This deep food pan is very durable and handy. These areas great for storage and helpful for transporting food.

This 1/2 size pan is very sturdy and should meet the needs of anyone who needs just an open container for food. Unfortunately it is slightly nonstandard sized and a bit smaller than other 1/2 size pans. For instance, I have a Vollrath 1/2 size cooling rack that fits in other 1/2 size pans but doesn’t fit in this Cambro. The corresponding Cambro sealing lid also doesn’t fit this pan due to the pan size being ever so slightly too small.

These container are a staple of every kitchen, and personally I prefer these translucent ones above all. these translucent cambro storage pans are a lot more durable than their clear counterparts and have the advantage of being able to see though them enough to tell what is inside.

This is a fantastic product and the quality is good for restaurants and is easy to wash and clean, the size is correct for description

This is a small container but it comes in handy if you need it to hold something small. I use it for cut up grape or cherry tomatoes. i use it for diced onions and peppers that need to go in fridge for me to use to make omelets. i need to order several more because i only have one right now.

As we grow I purchase many of these they are highly efficient conduct well very durable easy machine wash. They take a good heavy use with no chips or cracks I recommend.

I use this food pan for marinating various meats prior to smoking them. Perfect size. As advertised, fast shipping. Best product very recommended. Needed a solid plastic container for travel. This one works well. It is robust, perhaps a little on the heavy side.
