These lids work perfectly for us on our expo line. See the chopped cilantro and green onions to the right in the picture? These always end up in the mayo, horseradish and tartar sauce. Keeping the condiments covered throughout the shift instead of left open keeps them clean and they don't dry out and get all dried out around the sides.
