I ordered this for salads. It didn't work for me as it froze my salads and lettuce when I used it as specified. I talked with Webstaurant and Cambro rep and tried other options for chilling the pan but it still didn't work for me. I was looking for something to keep salads cold without freezing them. Webstaurant worked with me and treated me fairly which is why I still order from them today.

Really great for storing large 2" ice cubes at the bar. Keeps them cold and frozen the whole night.

These are a bit useless. They do not keep food cold. No idea why these are advertised as a ColdFest? I even put them in my freezer, and they still don't keep food cold for long.

This coldfest food pan does a great job of keeping things cold for hours during service. We keep our veggies in it for 3 - 4 hours at a time.

Very well made item! Stays cold for 6 to 8 hours per day when frozen over night. This made things a lot easier in our shop not having to open the fridge all day long!

Purchased these to hold fresh carrots and celery. They are very very cold. Our carrots freeze to the bottom and sides. We added water but the water freezes on the bottom and around the sides. We can not use them for fresh celery because of the water content in the celery.

We used to put tomatoes and cheese in a metal pan with ice under it. This wonderful "cold" pan keeps everything at the perfect temp for at least 5 hours during our lunch and supper rush at the 4H foodbooth. I bought enough so that we could switch them out as necessary.

I like to use this container when I have to keep cold items handy for a few hours on top of the counter. It gets heavy because of the gel, but I don't mind it. It's sturdy and it keeps my food cold when I need it out of the fridge for a few hours.

Very skeptical about the price but this pan kept the product colder longer than the normal ones. Just bought one to try out and will be definitely buying more.

These work well for being cold but I do wish they would stay cold longer, if you are really trying to stay health code compliant then you will need two of them to swap out midway thru the day. I'd say in a warm kitchen environment I could only count of them to stay cold enough for about 4 hours.

This product is just what our school needed to keep cold food at a safe temperature. We utilize it to hold milk safely until it can be returned to the cooler for storage.

We actually use these for our catering customers who need to keep our salads cold through their event. We charge a deposit to make sure we get them back! They work well and keep the salads cold for hours. I wish Cambro made a more decorative ColdFest pan, one that is meant to stand alone, like in an round or oval shape that would look great on a table.

Very pleased with this product. I don't even have a salad bar but these will keep food cold just sitting on a counter top for much longer than I expected. Great product!!!

We love these things! We use them for catering jobs to keep our Sundae toppings cold and not melting. Work GREAT. Stay cold and frosty for hours. These are super tough, I mean, they are Cambros.

This pan is great for storage within any salad unit. We tend to use this half pan for things that may need more space. We tend to store or lettuce within these pans to give them room to breath and be able to store a decent amount at a time.

I love this cold pan! It is about 6 inch deep. I love making cheese cake desserta on it. It always keeps it nice and cold.

These food pans are extremely helpful to our kitchen. We use them everyday to hold side orders like fruit, pasta salad, and potato salad and keep them cold.

get one of these for your kitchen, it will save you money in ice and pay for itself in no time. i wish i started using these sooner.

We used this for pizza cheese in a roadside shop that didnt have a cold table. I was skeptical at first but this kept our cheese nice and cold on 85 degree days

The cambro coldfest pans work amazing. They keep the foods cold or warm depending on what you want it for. I highly recommend it . Keeps us happy :)

This product is great and as advertised, however, it does not seem that Webstaurant offers a lid that is compatible with this product. The lid purchased is not compatible. Now I have to search everywhere to try to find a lid. Why would you offer a product and not offer the lid to the product?

We use this pan to hold cheese slices for burgers at an outdoor grill. It keeps the cheese safe for a couple of hours when it's 90 degrees outside, just long enough to get through the lunch rush.

We love these pans for keeping the cheese cold on our prep line. Took a little time to remind crew to freeze them the night before, but now it is automatic and we ordered several extra to be able to change out midday.

These food pans are fantastic. They keep the temperature very well, and we go from freezer to refrigerator to the line constantly. They hold up very well.

We use these to keep our lemons cold for many hours outside of the fridge. It keeps cold after spending a few hours in the freezer...

We use two of these in our coffee station to keep the creamer and milk cold. Saved a ton of money by cutting a opening in our counter and recessing the unit into that spot. Two of these, changed off after 6 hours or so gets us through the day without having to purchase a more expensive solution that would involve wiring. Sometimes a creative use of a product is all you need!

Great product for keeping food cold. I use it on the food truck to store squeeze bottles of sauce in and it works great. Well worth it.

I purchased these for our food truck (before we had a prep top refrigerator installed) and we used them in a bus bin filled with ice for our cheeses. We are in the midwest, and the summer gets HOT and HUMID, so any extra chilling capacity is needed. Now that we found have a prep top refrigerator, I don't really use them as often, unless we are constantly opening the lid of the refrigerator and it's going to be extra hot out. They do "sweat" a lot and once they "thaw" you're better of with a regular clear pan.

These didn't work as well as we had hoped for. The lid is sold separately. The pans can be stacked with the lids but not so good for transporting with food as they only sit loosely on top.

This Half size pan keeps the product perfectly cold and in the specified temperature for over 6 hours. The size is perfect and fits well on the counter, it can be stacked as well which is an added benefit. Overall great product and does the job well

These work great. We keep them on our hot line to keep cold ingredients cold. Do wish they stacked inside each other. They do take up a lot of space in the freezer .

We use these in all of our school salad bars, for fruit, cut-up veggies, bean and other salads. Keeps everything at the right temperature, for our entire serving period. Cleans easily.

Cambro Coldfest Pans work great and are very clean looking. Easy to use and clean, just put them in the freezer overnight and then place them in the prep unit.

I am very satisfied with this cold pan. Recently used it at an event for the salad dressing and it kept the salad dressing cold for hours. Will be ordering more.

This pan keeps my garnishes cold for hours without having to deal with containers floating in melted ice water. My salsa stays below 40 degrees.
